Shine Bright Custom Creations terms and conditions agreement
The below terms and conditions are set forth between Shine Bright Custom Creations and any of it's representative(s), (referred to as owner in agreement), and all customers, prospective customers, members, and website visitors (referred to as customers in agreement)
- Owner reserves the right to withdraw and cancel services at any time and without explanation by owners discretion. If owner cancels service or does not fulfill order, customer will be entitled to a full refund of purchase order.
- Owner has a firm no refund policy for customer cancellations or dissatisfaction with product. Each item is custom made and therefore owner reserves the right to implement a no refund policy, no exceptions. If customer is dissatisfied with a custom requested tumblers order, owner may/will exercise the right to fulfill order as is. Custom pre-created tumblers orders have a no refund policy, no exceptions.
- Customer understands and is aware that all products are made with FDA approved epoxy resin. Owner is not responsible or liable for any allergic reaction(s) caused to customer by epoxy resin or from any other material contained in product. No refund will be provided if allergic reaction occurs.
- Order date to shipping date of custom requested tumblers will take approximately 3-6 weeks from order date. Owner will not ship custom requested tumblers order until product has fully cured from last coat of epoxy resin application. Full cur occurs 7 days from last coat application (this time is accounted in order to shipping time calculation). Pre-created tumblers orders normally ship within a week of order date.
- Owner reserves the right to disable customer accounts at any time, for any reason, and without providing customer notification.
